Day 21: A song dedicated to single parents

If I hadn't already posted a Clint Black song for Day 18, "The Strong One" (my favorite song of his) would easily fit the mold.  Instead, a similar song by Tracy Lawrence goes here.  It's the title song from an album he released in 2004.
