#3 - Tears for Fears - Everybody wants to rule the World

A very good 80's song. I remember reading once that it's lyrics where

directed at many events going on around the world basically saying how

everyone wanted to rule the world. I honestly don't know if that was true or

not, but it always made sense to me. The lyrics certainly would fit today's world

for sure, and probably at anytime in our society. But all that aside the group

Tears for Fears where one of the best groups during this era which was filled

with many groups many British groups, like Duran Duran, Wham, and Culture

Club. This became a very successful hit for them along with Shout another

successful song during this decade.
